Ali from the ENZI SAFARIS was very responsive, kind, serious and adorable! All the organization was handled by them and everything went perfectly. The hotel they booked was fabulous! The guide Emmanuel did his utmost to enable us to see all the animals in the parks. It was a magical time. I really recommend the safari! You won't regret it. For French speakers, Emmanuel speaks French very well and we had a great time with him. Everything was just perfect! You can go with your eyes closed. While our initial contact was a tad hesitant from our side, Ally put that to... read more rest with his transparency and clarity of thought and charmed us with his grace and professional demeanour. Enzi team then developed a customised tour covering Masai Mara, North & Central Serengeti and the Ngorongo conservation. He has his team delivered their promise with an excellent tour with very valid and pointed suggestions. Silas (Peter in Kenya) was a very competent guide and driver for us, and apart from the animals, gave an insight into the daily lives of the people, the culture, customs, music etc. The lodges and sites chosen were very good and while a few may have been off beat due to the very nature of the tour, the service standards were excellent. While there are many tour cos. based in Arusha, we did find Enzi to be a mid sized company offering a very personalised experience with Ally available constantly and keeping a check on our well being and progress. All this was achieved at a very competitive prices. Would be happy to give direct references if any reader need one.

Victor (our guide) explained everything about lake manyara, Tarangire park and ngorongo crater very well so we understood the history and likely hood of seeing which animals in each place. He so understanding and patient when our son got sick in the vehicle just an hour after meeting them. He had a stomach bug so also needed the toilet regularly - this would usually be a problem in a safari as you’re in the middle of nowhere. Victor however, made it work, soon as we needed to go, Victor quickly us back to a safe place to get out.
He also took us to a maasai village where we got to meet the locals and see how they live.

Highlight: seeing a lion sitting in the road by our car, waiting to chase down his wildebeast dinner.

Improvement: Safari car has ports to charge phone however it didn’t work for our phones - this wasn’t a big issue as had full day to catch plenty of photos and videos before battery got low. Think we just got the unlucky car there as it was in peak season.

This company can pick you up from airport and drop you back all as part of the tour.

Completely recommend this company for authenticity and professionalism. We felt very lucky to have such a great tour guide, he helped us find all animals despite having an impatient 5 year old on board.

I found several agents online to plan my holiday but chose Enzi as Ally was extremely prompt in responding to all my questions and accommodating the many changes I requested him for in my itinerary. The quotes were also much more competitive than some of the others for the same category of hotels etc. The reception in Tanzania, the safaris, the guide who took us around, the hotels were amazing and made our holiday seamless and full of great experiences.
